3. Packing : In new single pp bag of 50kg, with tare weight of bag is of 140 grams, 2% marked empty bag supplied free of charge by the seller
4. Inspection : To be final at load port by SGS/BV/ITS ( buyer's option) for quality/quantity weight/packing/tallying/hatch/ hold vessel's cleanliness. Inspection fee is for the seller's account.
5. Fumigation : Cargo will be fumigated on board the vessel after completion of loading by Vietnam Fumigation company. Fumigation cost is for the seller's account
6. Payment : By an irrevocable Letter of Credit, payable at sight 100% invoice value. LC is opened from the first class international bank approved by seller's bank. LC is opened within 03days (banking days) from the date of contract concluded.
7.Quantity : 12,500mt ( +/ 5% at ships option, and declared 07days prior vessel at load port)
8. Discharge rate : 2000 mt per WWSHEX EIU
9. Shipment : within 30days from the date of receving the workable LC at our bank, in Singapore.
10.Unit price : USD 550 PMT CFR FO Douala,Cameroun.
