1 seller sends sco/fco to buyer and buyers accept/sign and return
2 buyer sends icpo/loi with full bank details and soft probe authorization
3 seller sends pi/spa contact and buyer sign, stamp and return
4 buyers issues dlc through seller bank
5 seller arrange shipment as per contract and provide all shipment details and copy
documents and comply with all terms and conditions of contract
6 buyers bank release the payment as per contract.
