exporter and importer based in Toamasina, Madagascar. We operate under a Dutch ownership and management team, office and warehouses from which we export spices, beans and fresh or dehydrated agricultural produce.
I believe we can offer from Madagascar our products very competitive with the traditional growing areas. In addition, the Madagascar harvest season, may overlap that of the traditional growing areas and therefore, extend the period in which the produce can be brought to market.
Spice we export include:
• Cloves (CG1, CG2 & CG3 grades)
• Black pepper (280 gr./l. – 550 gr./l.)
• Pink pepper (sweet variety)
• Broken cinnamon (1mm – 3 mm thickness strips)
• Vanilla beans (up to 20cm+)
Beans & Lentils we export include:
• Red Kidney Beans
• White Kidney Beans
• Black Eyed Beans
• Lima Beans
• Green Moong Beans
• Chick Peas
• Lentils
Fresh produce we export:
• Ginger (hot variety)
• Lychees
Dehydrated produce we export:
• Dried sliced ginger chips (approx. 3mm thickness)
Cassava is also widely grown in Madagascar, as are the fresh fruits such as pineapple, mango, papaya, avocado, coconuts, bananas, passion fruit, etc.
We also import a number of essential commodities into Madagascar, including rice, sugar, flour and cooking oils.
