we are located in charente maritime, the region that houses the largest oyster production areas in france.
for many years, we have tried to create a perfect oyster. today we are sure we have achieved this goal and we are proud to present the victorine, "a special of claire", all made out of the ordinary.
without pretention, we can affirm that this oyster is equivalent or even more gustative (tasting) than the famous gillardeau.
we propose the sizes n ° 2, 3 and 4 and possibly n ° 1 if you have customers for this size. for example, the weight for a n°2 is an average of 125 130g.
we want to export only for a minimum quantity of 1 ton per shipment, due to air freight costs and low margins. this represents, for example, 8000 pieces in no. 2 (between 120 and 140 g per piece).
we have a large production capacity.
