the fishermen's cooperative of the small port city of nianing, on the south coast of senegal, offers a regular supply of fresh fish of the day (fao zone 034).
providing all the appropriate certificates (sanitary, original, catch, etc.) and being registered with the senegalese authorities, we export by air to europe and the arabian gulf.
the species provided depend on the season (rainy season = cephalopods).
apart from the rainy season, we can regularly supply demersal fish, (bottom, called "noble") whole or threaded (approved subcontractor), shelled shellsfish (murex, whelks, cymbium), cephalopods (cuttlefish, squid, octopus) and crustaceans (shrimps, camarons, live green lobsters).
