we are looking for organic produce of a variation of products. both fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. all of these products have to also be raw (not exposed to any kind of heat, not even a flash of heat for "pasteurization"). we have a raw food restaurant, meaning that no processing can go above 41 degree celsius but preferably a bit lower if possible.
we look for whole leaf aloe vera whole intact, tropical produce as tropical fruits, green young coconuts intact, plantains, raw cacao, greek low acid olive oil purely virgin, all kinds of nuts, raw coconut sugar & other raw sweets as agave or even sugar that has been produced in a raw form (low heat). we also look for anything else that is hard to find in colder climates as melons, sweet fruits and so on. organic olives is also of interest & avocados.
