class a rhubarb are intended for the manufacturing industry and the horeca segment. these fruits pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves, rotten fruit by mechanical means and laser installations. the presence of up to 1% of unripe fruits, 0.1% of leaves and up to 0.5% of green fruits per 1 kg. of frozen fruits is allowed.
raw materials used are carefully selected, sorted and cleaned on all indicators. all products are ecologically clean and meet european standards. we guarantee and confirm the high quality with the appropriate certificates: fssc 22000 and organic.
