we have frozen strawberry of class a, b, grade jam available:
class a strawberries are intended for the manufacturing industry and the horeca segment. this berries pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves, rotten fruit by mechanical means and laser installations. the presence of up to 1% of unripe berries, 0.1% of leaves and up to 0.5% of green fruits per 1 kg of frozen berries is allowed.
class b strawberries are best used in the processing industry. berries of this variety pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves. in such frozen strawberries, all fruits are of good quality, but possible defects in shape, surface, the presence of immature fruits up to 2% , leaves and other impurities up to 0.5% and green berries up to 1% per 1 kg of frozen products. we recommend using strawberries for the production of juices, jams or for pharmacological purposes.
class grade jam (uncalibrated)
raw materials used are carefully selected, sorted and cleaned on all indicators. all products are ecologically clean and meet european standards. we guarantee and confirm the high quality with the appropriate certificates: fssc22000 and organic.
