class a wild lingonberries are intended for the manufacturing industry and the horeca segment. this berries pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves, rotten fruit by mechanical means and laser installations. the presence of up to 1% of unripe berries, 0.1% of leaves and up to 0.5% of green fruits per 1 kg. of frozen berries is allowed.
class b wild lingonberries are best used in the processing industry. berries of this variety pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves. in such frozen berries, all fruits are of good quality, but possible defects in shape, surface, the presence of immature fruits up to 2% , leaves and other impurities up to 0.5% and green berries up to 1% per 1 kg. of frozen products. we recommend using these berries for the production of juices, jams or for pharmacological purposes.
