the elements obtained from cooled chicken carcass; breast muscles (half or double) without: skin,
bones, elements of collarbones, cartilages and tendons; well – bled. free of visible bloodstains
except those which are small and unobtrusive. no discoloration and mechanical damages;
acceptable slight rents and cuts which are an effect of production process.
the ecchymoma (blood congestion in muscles) not allowed.
cooled: products packed in 15 kg nett bags (foiled) and then in plastic e2 containers (in standard).
deeply frozen: products packed in 15 kg nett in poliblock or cardboard lined with foil (in standard).
the top of the foli (in envelope – shaped) sticked with identification label with veterinary number
protects the product against contaminations and changing.
above mentioned packing materials are approved for food contact.
