non negotiable terms for all our new suppliers:
1. payment method: 100% irrevocable non transferable dlc issued by major banks from us, the buyer (mt700)
and 2% pb from the seller within 5 7 days of receiving dlc payment is released at the destination port only.
2. valid export gacc code + authorization letter from the manufacturer that confirmed the seller is the official distributor
3. inspection: sgs will do the inspection. ccic might come to join the inspection with sgs. our staff will be at the loading harbor/warehouse.
please give us your best quotation cif china port (excluding hk) incoterm 2020, and delivery time, and email us your gacc certificate along with the fco.
if you already have an official distributor, please give us their contact info, and we will negotiate it with them.
