we are looking for a reliable halal frozen beef (cow meat) supplier for a one year contract. initially we would go for one “trial” 40ft container, after a successful and quality approval, we would increase our quantity immediately. below are our requirements;
beef requirement for saudi arabia
1. beef 4 quarter boneless
25kg in packed in white/ blue plastic bag and sealed in a standard carton. 600t per month
2. beef trim boneless
25kg in packed in white/ blue plastic bag and sealed in a standard carton. 300t per month
3. body fats
25kg in packed in white/ blue plastic bag and sealed in a standard carton. 100t per month
4. topside cut
25kg in packed in white/ blue plastic bag and sealed in a standard carton. 25t per month
total monthly requirement 1025t per month
