procedure
1. buyer provides letter of intent (loi) including buyer s information with a bank rwa letter (see
template) to group ag (seller mandate)
2. the loi must include:
a. minimum amount committed to purchase and ongoing
b. name and address of the refinery
c. buyer s banking details including:
i. account name
ii. bank account number to be used for the transaction
iii. name of bank and bank officer contact details for seller s bank officer to initiate the
exchange of documents
d. bank will review the loi for compliance
3. seller sends soft corporate offer for buyer approval
4. once signed, seller sends a full corporate offer for buyer approval
5. once received, seller bullion bank officer will contact buyer s bank bullion officer to set up the ttm
6. buyer inspects
7. buyer pays + repeat
