to initiate the transaction we need a new official end buyers loi pdf signed and sealed...
please find below a resume of our mandatory transaction procedure :

end buyer issues official icpo / loi seller issues official fco to end buyer.
fco counter signing and sealing by buyer together with buyers copy
passport and original buyers company registration certificate.
seller sets up the spa draft for final buyer review and signing & sealing and complies
with " allocation security deposit " terms.
spa countersigning by seller.
seller issues official commercial invoice

buyer issues mt705 pre advice ( buyer can also issue directly the mt700, to move di
rectly to the shipment stage )

seller grants inspection and full pop exchange including sgs etc.
buyer issues mt700.
seller issues pbg of 20% against buyers lc.
seller starts shipment delivery 10 working days after the full confirmation of the mt700
by the seller's bank.

fco needs to be signed and sealed officially by the end buyer and sent to us together with
the original company official company registration certificate of the chamber of commerce and 1 x color copy passport of the ceo/ chairman + advise the chosen payment method option required which we have proposed from our fco to be inserted within the spa
