sellers: grw works with two groups, which have their own active mines in the punjab province and as well as in the northern areas of pakistan, both the groups hold their own processing units. the groups have been in the minerals business and enjoying a good reputation in the domestic and in the international arena. buyers’ visit to pakistan is highly recommended, in order to see the facilities that are available at the sellers’ ends. buyers would be able to see with their own eyes the activities happening at the seller’s place, including:
1. operation at the different sites of mines; what type & kind of machines and equipment are
being used; numbers of the skilled workforce; availability of additional workforce plus additional machines or equipment to get more volume to meet buyers’ requirements; expected deposits of caf2 as surveyed by the surveying companies, conducted by government body and/or private sector; to do some changes in the present working system, as suggested by the buyers, in order to improve quality and volume.
2. to see the operation of the processing unit, what types & kinds of equipment are used for
washing, grading, separation, staking, making separate lots of different grades. seller shall
welcome the expert advice from the buyers, which would improve quality with less wastages.
3. warehousing system;
4. logistics facilities that are very important for the smooth transportation of the goods to the
loading port for shipment to overseas countries.
5. seller will also arrange a visit to the two sea ports in karachi keamari port & port bin qasim, where buyers will see the facilities available at both the ports. buyers can also pay a visit to pakistan customs house in karachi.
6. above all, buyers will be able to have discussions with the senior management and would also judge the seriousness from the sellers.
one of the groups grw works with is ready and willing to enter in to a long term agreement for a period of 12 months (the total quantity got from the mine(s) shall be delivered to the buyer as per the agreement terms). modalities shall be discussed, if buyer wishes.
