company modern oil mill eltaief is a tunisian company specialized in the production, packaging and bottling of high quality olive oil in tunisia, modern oil mill eltaief has two ranges of olive oil: oil virgin olive and extra virgin olive oil, packed in glass bottles, metal cans, ... this modern oil mill is equipped with a continuous chain of 60t / j capacity. the process of extraction of olive oil adopted by the company modern oil mill eltaief carefully respects the different stages: washing, grinding, pressing, decantation and storage. indeed, our olives being picked and transported the same day to our oil mill, they are subsequently sorted rigorously upon their arrival. olives that are too hard or damaged are removed and the leaves are sucked up. they are then immediately washed in cold water and pressurized, which avoids any fermentation and gives the oil extreme freshness. this mode of extraction is also in conformity with the requirements of the bio standards. the oil obtained is stored in stainless steel tanks in the absence of air and light and temperature controlled to prevent oxidation and preserve its flavors and its taste and nutritional qualities. to obtain 1l of olive oil, it takes 4 to 5 kg of olives, the percentage of oil that contains the olives depends on the variety and the degree of maturity
