we offer a fruity and balanced oil, having won several medals in international competitions organized in tunisia, italy, spain, geneva, copenhagen, abu dahbi, riadh and miami (usa).
for us, olives are a delicate fruit that must remain healthy: we pick it green or in ripening, by hand and press it the same day it is picked.
our two phase cold extraction process (without adding water to the olive paste) produces a fruit juice full of antioxidants, polyphenols, which are so beneficial to health, and an exquisite flavor. for the pleasure of shuffleboard.
