dear export department management i represent a large chinese import company that is looking for a genuine supplier of frozen chicken paws, chicken feet and mid joint wings. the supplier that we are looking for must have complete registration to export to china. the approximate volume of product needed will be between 10 20 x 40 foot containers monthly. or they are able to import the volume that you are comfortable with providing. my customer would like to make a contract for a minimum of 12 months. if you are able to export, could you please quote cif to china and also please advise payment terms. upon confirmation of this email, i can provide a letter of intent to you. to help with the business negotiation we do have our legal representative in south america. i look forward to your reply regarding the above business proposal.
