procedure
1.buyer issues icpo after accepting seller's procedure + cp
2. seller issues ci with contract, buyer signs and returns to seller within 48 hours
3. the seller provides the following partial proof of product (ppop) documents via email
supply commitment letter
declaration of product availability
certificate of origin
dta + atv to verify product at buyer's expense
4. after receiving a positive quality & quantity (q&q) report from the designated inspector, the buyer
make payment by l/c or sblc
