7 tank to tank fob rotterdam procedur
1. buyer issues icpo containing the seller’s working procedure with banking
details and scanned copy of the buyer’s passport and tsa not older than 10 days.
2. seller issues commercial invoice of the product to buyer, buyer signs and
returns the commercial invoice to the seller along with an acceptance letter of
the sales and purchase procedure.
3. seller verifies the buyer’s logistics storage company with the local port
authority and issues to buyer ppop listed below:
a. gps coordinates – tank storage receipt (tsr) with scanned barcode;
b. unconditional dta;
c. authorization to sell and collect; d. 24 hours sgs report;
e. authorization to verify (atv).
4. buyer inspects by sgs (dip test in tanks) on buyer’s expenses if required.
5. seller issues document to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and to
the buyer to endorse ncnda/imfpa.
6. upon successful dip test in the tank, the buyer makes the payment for the
product via mt103, and the seller transfers title ownership to the buyer.
7. seller transfers title ownership to buyer product.
8. seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved for the initial lift a
