i am the mandate of a real chinese buyer for light crude oil. the buyer company controller is a current officer of china national petroleum corporation (cnpc). we can invite seller’s people to go to his office or organize a conference video call to prove that.
buyer can supply to 27 oil refineries in china, allowing oil vessels to quickly pass the inspection, quickly unload at the dock without queuing, and can pay quickly within 3 days after the inspection.
now we are looking for the real supplier of light crude oil:
origin: world wide
price: brent spot price– 15 usd/bbls
destination port: dongjiakou port of china (cndjk)
important :
1. no advance payment. (all asking advance payment or transfer fee are scammers)
2. for trail order, seller send a small vessel to anchorage of the destination port, open the ship signal, do ciq inspection, buyer pays by tt in 3 days, then go to the port and discharge
