inspection: the inspection method by sgs or buyer request.
performance bond: value of 2% of the initial shipment.
insurance: 110% of the value of each shipment cif in the seller's account.
payment terms:
1. visit the buyer after writing spa, check the goods, and open lc (payment at the arrival port)
alternatively, 100% t/t remittance can be made after completing spa, visiting the buyer's site,
checking the goods & shipment.
