100% non gmo soybean
we would like to purchase 100% non gmo soybean 50,000 mt/monthly for 12 months, tried order: 40,000 mt
pay term: 2% performance bond issued by seller's bank, 100% irrevocable dlc issued by a major bank accepted only (mt 760) (other pay methods not accepted ) the dlc can only be transferred once only.
ciq quality pass requested
both sides' cis code/ pof if necessary
the seller must get a valid gacc code
please give us your best quotation (cif china port ) & delivery time, gacc code
if you can’t negotiate with us due to already having a distributor, please give us their contact information and we will negotiate it with them.
finally remind again: for all our new suppliers, there're three things that are non negotiable:
1. payment method: we only accept 100% dlc with 2% pb issued by the seller's bank
2. must have valid gacc code
3. 100% non gmo soy bean inspection
documents: seller must have their own valid gacc code or authorization letter from manufacturer to use their gacc code and documents.
payment method: prefer non transferable dlc. minimum of 2% pb within 5 7 days of receiving dlc. we can also do transferable dlc, but only transfer once. and only transfer to the manufacturer.
inspection: prefer on sight inspection with staff. if they refused to let us inspect, we can send our staff to the loading harbor/warehouse and watch sgs's team inspect. we don't need to inspect ourselves. (even though we are very good at the inspection because we started as a company that specialized in inspection.)
