dear sir,
we are looking for brazilian sugar icumsa 45, cif tema port ghana with the following terms to be accepted by the shipper or selling party.
specification: please see attachment.
commodity: white refined sugar, icumsa 45
quantity: 25,000mt (each loaded vessel maximum)
origin: brazil
packing: bulk 50kg pp bags
shipping terms: cif tema sea port, ghana
destination: tema, ghana
duration: annual contract possible r&e.
agreed price: 380/ usd per metric ton (fixed)
payment type: lc at sight 100% non transferable directly to shipper or seller. after, spa duly signed between shipper / seller and buyer.
for opening of lc, we do need shipper / seller verifiable past performance (i.e.: bill of lading and sgs report or bv report or intertek report) . lc opening bank is “zenith bank (ghana) limited”
yes, we would give third bank guarantee / confirmation. (barclay / hsbc / anz) we will give lc (mt700) at sight 100% for payment.
the fund / payment would be released after sgs at final destination port at tema, ghana.
for payment release original shipping documents required (shipper / seller bank sends to buyer bank by dhl).
(bill of lading, sgs report, charter party agreement, invoice, packing list, phytosanitary / health certificate, certificate of origin, etc).
quantity: 25,000mt x 4 (four) loaded vessels monthly basis.
after successful of shipments, seller may increase the quantity and number of loaded vessels, possible r&e. the quantity depends on to shipper or seller.
procedure
seller issues fco buyer duly signed, seal and return as official acceptance
seller sends verifiable past performance (b/l and sgs) via email to buyer
spa & pi signed by buyer buyer issues l/c or dlc
seller loads the vessel and sails to discharging sea port tema, ghana. buyer bank releases the invoice value to seller bank after sgs at destination but before discharging of sugar.

please check if there is the shipper or seller can cooperate with above request or requirement.
it is very genuine deal for long terms basis.
we don't issue loi or icpo to any third party. it would be directly to shipper / seller after due diligence only.
