1. buyer issues icpo + cis to seller
2. seller sends draft spa + proforma invoice to buyer.
3. seller & buyer lodge the signed documents, spa + proforma invoice in their respective bank.
4. buyer’s issuing bank sends pre advice mt799 to seller’s bank
5. the seller provides partial proof of products(ppop)
6. block funds by buyer's bank in favor of seller's nominated account.
7. seller sends pb 2% by swift
8. delivery in 35 45 days after the confirmation of block funds by seller's bank
9. payment within 2 3 days by mt103 at unloading port against sgs done by buyer.
