we need 250,000 mt of icumsa 45 per month for 12 months. we are not providing any icpo or loi without bl, what we need from suppliers are past performances bl, to proof that they can supply a specific quantity. it could be 12,500. 25000, 50000 base on your quota, not necessary 250,000. if past performances are verified by our bank (citibank), then we issue dlc immediately on beneficiary's name against spa. please reach out if you are willing to provide your past performances. nothing else! we work with direct refinery please.
