non negotiable terms for all our new suppliers:
1. payment method: 100% irrevocable non transferable dlc issued by major banks from us, the buyer (mt700)
and 2% pb from the seller within 3 days of receiving dlc. payment is released at the destination port only.
2. valid export gacc code + authorization letter from the manufacturer that confirms the seller is the official distributor
3. inspection: sgs will do the inspection. ccic might come to join the inspection with sgs. our staff will be at the loading harbor/warehouse.
