1. the buyer sends loi
2. the seller sends to buyer fco
3.the buyer sign and revert full corporate offer (fco) to seller along with icpo.
4.the seller sends draft sales purchase agreement (spa) to buyer along with sblc
verbiage
5.the buyer review and revert signed spa to seller along with sblc verbiage approval.
6.the seller review and if acceptable sign and revert to buyer along with proforma invoice
7. the buyer sends mt 799 to seller financier bank within 5 days.
8. the financier sends rwa to issuing bank.
9. the buyer open operative confirmed sblc mt 760 to seller financier bank account
within 3 days
10. after acceptance of the sblc the seller open 2% pb to buyer account within 10 14
days.
11.seller start the process and will be completed the shipment within the stipulated period
as mutually agreed in the spa.
12. the buyer release the payment 100% at unloading port against shipping documents via
mt103 within 3 banking days to seller account
possibility to attend the loading.
commission $10: $5 buyer / $5 seller already included in the non negotiable rate, no overprice!!
