the annual quantities will be like 600.000 tons to shipped in 6 shipments one every 2 month.
the quantities could reach 1,2 mio tons for next supply.

non operative 2% performance bond of total contract value, the performance bond shall become operative after acceptance of l/c by seller bank.
the buyer bank shall issue l/c within 5 working days from receipt of performance bond.
proof of product (pop)
the seller’s bank shall send proof of product (pop) to the buyer bank within 48 hours from signing this contact.
payment method:
irrevocable, auto revolve, devisable, and transferred (mt720) letter of credit.
