2. specification: icumsa 150
3. quantity:1,400mt (trial order) shipment of same quantity every 2 months.
4. packing: 50kg bags,
5. destination: lome port
6. delivery term: cnf.

8. target price: us$325/mt cnf
9. payment term: through l/c guaranteed by export credit insurance at
60 days from the date of the b/l destination port. for the avoidance of doubt, the company can make available its license to operate as business and two (2) years financial statements to prove its viability.

4. buyer signs, stamps and returns all pages of the full corporate offer (fco) accepting all the terms and conditions and pricing.
5. buyer will issue the contract letter, icpo and letter of credit (on confirmation)
