we are small wine producer located in kartli, kaspi region. our family wine cellar is called "avto wine cellar".
our capacity is about 15 tons of grapes per year.
we produce dry wines: white "chinuri" and red "tavkveri" conditioned or unconditioned.
the technology of production is typical georgian we use 2 kinds of technology :
1. fermented in oak barrels and
2. fermented in kvevri (earthenware vessel buried in the earth).
