in order to transform them in an exclusive semi preserved recipe, we're looking for lactarius sanguifluus or deliciosus, top quality (and best price !). they have to be stabilized in oil. total quantity would be around 1 000kg in 2019. delivery in 3/4 times would be perfect. growing quantities required in 2020 and following.
Packaging : Prepared in oil, minimum 3kg buckets or bigger
Quantity : 300kg to 1000kg by year end
