SUBJECT: Purchase of REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL
We are looking for Real suppliers Reffined sunflower oil and all conditions to supplier us are below
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
COMMODITY: REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL (as per the specification below)
ORIGIN: Malaysia
DELIVERY TERMS (CIF): CIF Port Varna, Bulgaria (Or any European port, at Buyer’s request)
FIRST SHIPMENT: 500 MT in Flexi tanks and 20 feet containers for trial (testing) purpose, as
option
NEXT SHIPMENTS: 150,000 MT TOTAL (+ 5%), on 12 shipments of 12,500 MT each, on
monthly basis with Rolls & Extension, subject to the first shipment performance, if it is required
PACKING: In 20’ Flexi Tanks/Containers (Trial Shipment) and Bulk in ship tankers, suitable for
transportation of SUNFLOWER OIL
INSPECTION: By SGS at loading and unloading port. THE INSPECTION AT UNLOADING PORT
SHALL BE AT BUYER’S COST, FINAL AND BINDING TO THE PARTIES
PAYMENT GUARANTEE: 100% Irrevocable, Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit
(ARDLC), covering one month’ quantity and operational for the contract term, issued or
confirmed by a prime bank, negotiable and payable at Seller’s bank 100% at Sight upon delivery
at Port of Destination, against presentation SGS report and shipping documents stated in the
contract at the Buyer’s bank
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments will be made on a shipment basis, via SWIFT (MT 760/ MT103/23
T/T), by Buyer’s bank to Seller’s bank, within 48 hours after SGS testing at discharge port
DELIVERY PERIOD: First delivery within 30 DAYS after verification and acceptance of the
ARDLC, and thereafter every 30 days until the total quantity has been delivered
PERFORMANCE BOND (PB): The Seller will post to Buyer a Performance Bond Guarantee for
2% of the value of each shipment, in form of an UNCONDITIONNAL BANK GUARANTEE
CONTRACT REGISTRATION AND EXPORT PERMIT: At Seller’s responsibility and expenses
