1. after loi+pof, seller ltd issues this sco for buyer’s signature.
2. buyer signs sco and returns to seller.
3. seller issues draft spa open for amendment (if any). buyer confirms draft contract and sends back to seller. seller accepts signed contract and sends copy back to buyer.
4. buyer signs and returns spa and from buyer’s bank to seller’s finance company’s bank indicating its readiness to issue the lc to seller’s finance company.
5. the parties transmit the documents to each other electronically with originals delivered by dhl or fedex or similar. the spa is lodged with the respective banks as per their requirements
6. seller shall provide the following documentation: confirmation by supplier/distributor regarding availability/allocation of the product
7. within 2 international banking days of confirmation, buyer shall contact his bank to issue to seller's finance company a lc
8. seller gets an authorization letter from manufacturer stating that “seller name” and it clients has the reselling authorization.
9. buyer’s bank issues irrevocable documentary letter of credit
10. seller company bank replies with 2% performance bond to the buyer. barclays is the seller bank. seller is an uk health care group.
11. delivery commences as scheduled. buyer releases payment to seller as per lc terms against sgs documentation (departure and/or arrival as the buyer will ask) and awb (or any other document the buyer may ask for). thus no risk for the buyer.
12. first delivery shall take place within 5 10 business days from receipt of lc and subsequently as per the agreed delivery schedule.

availability:
we have between 500,000 and 1m boxes of 300 gloves every 15 days
split and packing:
small – 10%; medium – 20%, large – 40%, xl – 30%. 300 pieces per box, 10 boxes in one carton
moq:
2 millions boxes of 300 gloves. (fyi usually a plane will take 8300 boxes of 300 gloves)

price:
