Dear Sir, Madam,
We are going to build a new factory within this next six months in Dalat (Vietnam). Please find in the attached file (archive winrar), the products and bottles that we aim to produce.
We would like two different offers for a full bottling line reaching respectively a capacity of 1500 BPH and 3000BPH (or close range).
The bottling line needs to include in order:
A bottle loading turntable
A rinser (filters 5µm, alcoholate tank)
A filling machine (with ability for very sweet liquors : Sugar > 250gr/L; input couplings in DIN50 for hoses).
A capping machine (aluminum caps between 28 and 31 : two capper heads)
A labelling machine (4 axis, 3 blocs : Back, front and neck)
A buffer table
A semi automatic case taper
Aside of the main quotations, we would like a quote for :
An ink printer
An air dryer (before labelling machine : high humidity in Vietnam)
A heat tunnel (for thermo caps)
A semi automatic labeler for tax trips (top of the bottles : preferably glue technology, roll ok)
All the spare parts of the main bottling line
Restrictions : A exporter au Vietnam
Conditionnement : Expediton vers le Vietnam
