scope of supply:
item 1 vibratory feed hopper. model number hp 4m
this feed hopper has a capacity to store approx. 4 m³ of glass containers with a
2.4m x 1.8 m top opening and a maximum height of 2.6m.
the unit is made of heavy duty steel.
it is fitted with an electric vibratory feeder to assist unloading of material from the hopper to the infeed conveyor.
this hopper is also fitted with stand alone steel work supports.
item 2 in feed conveyor. model number cb18 16
this conveyor takes the material from the vibratory feed hopper into the prebreaking unit of the glass processing equipment.
this conveyor is 450mm wide, mounted on an incline and is approximately 4800m long. it is fitted with a rubber cleated type conveyor belt. the cleats are
approximately 40mm high. the conveyor is fitted with a 200mm diameter
magnetic head drum. this drum attaches ferrous material to its self and discharges it down the inside of the feed conveyor into a suitable container (supplied by others). (1 x 1.5kw motor)
item 3 glass machine. model number h 200 (2 x 1.5kw drives)
this glass machine consists of four pieces of equipment:
a. pre breaker unit. this unit is fed by the feed conveyor and takes all
material including bottle caps and paper. the broken materiel leaves this
unit and goes into the shearing unit.
b. shearing unit. this unit takes the broken material from the pre brake unit
and shears or separates the paper bottle caps e.t.c. from the broken glass.
this material then passes into the trommel screen.
c. trommel screen. (0.75kw drive) this unit is fitted with a screen. the
aperture size is 16mm. the material is fed into this unit. the paper, bottle
caps e.t.c. pass out of the end of the unit into a suitable container.
the broken glass passes through the screen into the sanding unit.
d. sanding unit. this unit takes the broken glass and converts it into a
useable non sharp aggregate. the final size of this aggregate is determined
by the aperture size of the sanding screen.

note:
internal parts of items a and b above are manufactured from abrasion
resistant steel.
the tines in item d are coated with abrasive resistant hard facing
material. applied by a welding procedure.
item 4 material discharge conveyor. model number cb18 14
this conveyor takes the material from the sanding unit.
this conveyor is 450mm wide, mounted on an incline and is approximately 4800m long. it is fitted with a rubber cleated type conveyor belt. the cleats are
approximately 40mm high. the can discharge the recovered glass into an secondary screening system which is deemed to be mounted on the ground. or discharge into a collection hopper or simply discharge onto the ground to form a stockpile of material. (1 x 1.5kw motor)
item 5 electrical control panel.
this control panel is built to suit latest uk standards. it is complete with allen
bradley controls and all necessary stop start systems for each motor.
electrical circuits will be 415 volts 3 phase 50 hz. (to suit client’s requirements)
control circuit will be 110 volts ac. (to suit client’s requirements)
all of the above will be housed in a steel sheet enclosure sealed to 1p55 standards.
this control cabinet is complete with all ce certification
item 6 screening equipment
vibroscreen kason k48 3 ss, 48”/1220 high efficiency 48 inch circular vibratory screen separator complete with 3 screening decks, fitted with a 6mm, 3mm and 1mm screen.
electrical installation.
all electrical work will be carried out at our factory to enable the system to be test run prior to dispatch. we envisage that the client would provide the services of a local electrician on their site to reconnect the cabling, which will have been
disconnected, to allow packing and shipping of the equipment.
equipment finish
all of the equipment included in this quotation would have 1 coat of high build
primer/undercoat and 2 coats of gloss paint. final colour to suit client.
bought in items such as motors would be supplied in manufacturer’s standard
finish and colour.
price:
to supply (exw our site in city varna , bulgaria ) the equipment described above (items 1 to 6 inclusive) we would require the sum of:
136 000 euros.
exclusions
1. any civils work, which may be necessary to complete the successful
installation of the glass recycling system.
2. any electrical supply connections to control panel.
3. any wall penetrations or remedial work to buildings.
4. any disposal of scrap materials.
5. vat at standard rate. (if applicable)
6. any customs duty payments
7. any offloading or storage costs for the equipment once it has left the our site.

conditions
Тhe equipment was manufactured in 2014 and installed in 2015. we performed 48 hour industrial tests for the operation of the installation. the machine was installed in a closed industrial hall and did not work after the tests because we did not have the necessary raw materials. we enclose photos of the equipment.
