contract quantity: 500mt x 12 months = 6000 mt(±5% confirmed quantity)
trial shipment: first shipment of 100 mt
period of shipments: 13 months
target pricing per mt: usd 1150/mt fob vietnam
country of origin: vietnam
packing: bulk
partial shipment: allowed
initial delivery time: 15 to 20 days from the receipt of lc
inspection agency: ciq / sgs at loading port on seller’s cost.
payment terms: irrevocable confirmed monthly revolving dlc at sight
documents required for payment: commercial invoice, quality & quantity certificate, certificate of origin (icc 600 rules incoterms 2010)
warehouse / factory visit: seller will allow buyer / its representative for inspection of product after signing of contract & before opening of dlc
contract procedures:
buyer issue loi, seller issue fco
seller issues sales and purchase contract for buyer’s approval or amendments, if any. after mutual agreement, buyer and seller sign and seal the sales and purchase contract with full banking coordinate.
parties lodge final executed spa with their respective bank officers.
buyer’s bank will send pre advise of dlc (mt700) by swift mt799 / mt999/ via bank email as pof with their consent for opening of financial instrument in 7 working days. no rwa will be issued.
seller's bank will send their consent by mt799/mt999 for submission of performance bond of 2% in 7 working days.
seller will submit partial proof of product in 3 working days
buyer and seller will signed the ncnda and seller arrange the factory /stock yard visit for buyer.
the buyer’s bank will issue, financial instrument with an agreed verbiage within 10 12 days.
seller will issue performance bond (pb) 2% to the buyer for activation of financial instrument in 7 working days.
seller sends letter of invitation to buyer to visit the loading of product at port.
seller commences with the logistics and shipment for delivery of product on his own cost within 20 days from the receipt of operative of financial instrument. l. seller process the shipping documents for payment
