The contractual quantity for sale to the Buyer’s per the terms of this Agreement shall be 100kg for one shipment until exhausted or with mutual agreements between parties.

Current Market Value of this offer is based on the Discount 10%(38,790$USD/Kg) on 2nd LBMA Daily Fix Price and has an approximate current face value of
$3,879,000 (Three Millions Eight hundred Seventy nine Thousand american dollar
for100 Kg of the recoverable amount for this offering.
SECURITY:
Seller and Seller's authorized agent shall be responsible for security of the Gold from country of origin to THE BUYERS DESINATION Customs point of entry. Buyer shall be responsible for security and transportation of the Gold from Kinshasa Airport(FIH) Customs point of entry to Buyer's.
PRICE:
The fixed price payable by the Buyer is Gross 15% and net 10% discount per troy ounce of recoverable gold at 94 97% AU purity, reference priced against the pricing day’s 2nd LBMA Daily Fix Price on the day of refinery report. The final amount shall be the Price per Kilogram multiplied by the final amount confirmed and delivered by the refinery.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Buyer shall issue an SBLC(Stand By Letter of Credit)
Irrevocable,Confirmed,Transferable,Divisible
Payment for the Gold shall be made according to the conditions of documentary issued by the Buyer to the Supplier, and stated within 3 Swiss Business Banking Days of issuing of Rafinery report issued to the Buyer from the Supplier’s Refinery Account. Product to be priced by Buyer's bank upon receipt of Refinery Report, as set out in Price, above.
