terms of payment :
the seller issues fco sign and seal sent to buyer and the buyer will approve and seal this fco sent with the letter of intent to seller. after the seller issues, the draft spa contract sends it to the buyer for him to complete the signed seal and return it to the seller to lodge to his receiver finance bank for registration before receiving the bank instrument dlc via mt700.
documentation to accompany each shipment :
a) certificate of analyze
b) certificate of origin uemoa
c) certificate of ownership
d) certificate of non criminal origin
e) intention of exportation
f) certificate of a free circulation of goods eur 1.
g) declaration of custom ( exportation uemoa)
payment guarantee /dlc mt700 : (our normal requirements)
the buyer bank shall issue a financial guarantee in the form of a documentary letter of credit (dlc) via swift mt700 (transferable, assignable and divisible acceptable for the duration of twelve months and one day from a prime bank or confirmed by prime bank (a+ bank).
upon verifying operative and cash backed dlc, seller finance receiving bank shall issue a two percent (2%) performance bond (pb) within five (5) days after receiving operative and cash backed dlc via mt700 from buyer bank
