contract procedures for ago lome: price: dollar deal
strictly ttt to a vessel or tank farm delivery lome only
1. buyer & seller signs & seals contract and exchange the signed copy by
electronic mail. buyer returns signed spa with cis and receiving vessel details.
2. seller’s vessel master issue marine nor to buyers vessel and officially
communicate long siding position at the lome port.
3. immediately after the q&q is conducted and laboratory analysis is out, buyer
make payments to the seller bank account for the total cargo by direct deposit wire
transfer ttt through mt 103
4. buyer pays for all commissions as recorded in this spa section of this contract
agreement by swift or ktt to all concerned.
