we are pleased to offer 50,000 metric tons of en590 10ppm diesel available for tank to vessel (ttv) delivery at sharjah port, united arab emirates. the transaction will follow the procedure outlined below:

• transaction procedure:
procedure:
1. letter of intent (loi): the buyer submits a formal letter of intent.
2. full corporate offer (fco): the seller issues a full corporate offer (fco) in response to the loi.
3. icpo: the buyer issues an irrevocable corporate purchase order (icpo) in response to the seller's fco.
4. signing of spa & proforma invoice:
o the seller prepares and provides the sales purchase agreement (spa) and proforma invoice for the buyer to review and sign.
5. partial proof of product (pop): after signing the spa, the seller provides the following documents:
o certificate of origin
o commitment to supply
o statement of product availability
6. sblc issuance: the buyer opens a standby letter of credit (sblc), confirmed, irrevocable, and non transferable in favor of the seller.
7. full proof of product (pop): once the sblc is issued, the seller provides the full proof of product, which includes:
o fresh sgs report (quality & quantity)
o certificate of origin
o ullage report
o udta (dip test authorization)
o atb & atsc (arrival notice and berthing certificate)
8. injection of the product: the buyer commences the injection of the diesel into their vessel at sharjah port.
9. final certification & invoice: upon completion of the injection, the seller certifies the quantity through sgs and issues the final invoice to the buyer.
10. final payment: the buyer completes the final payment, and the sblc is released.
