contract: 2,000,000 bbl x 12 months after successful trial
price: nwe platts minus $8.00 net to buyer with total 50 cents commission.
commission distribution: 25 cents seller side close & buyer side commission start from person who received this offer.
inspection: sgs
payment:mt103 after successful dip test/sgs validation
*fob rotterdam procedure*
1. buyer send icpo and corporate profile
2. seller send commercial invoice to sign by buyer
3. buyer provides pof and cpa
4. seller will arrange sgs inspection schedule according to refinery material lifting dates and send fresh sgs or unconditional dip test authorization to buyer
5. after successful dip test buyer pay full amount of invoice by mt103
6. fuel will be injected in buyer vessel and title transferred
