250.000. mt (+/ 5%) (two hundred fifty thousand metric tons) for five (1) months with ten (5 ) shipments of 25,000 mt x 2 = 50000 mt during five months
contract time
this offer is for five months( renewable four times with annual adjustement of the price based on the london sugar market price.
packing the product will be packed in net 50 kg (fifty kilograms) new polypropylenebag withpolyethylene lining. the bags have a combined tare of 100 gm (one hundred grams) and are sufficient to ensure the safe arrival of product at destination. the bags will be labeled in the english language with bulk:

product origin south america (brazil) article 2 financial guarantees as guarantee buyer's bank will issue a bank payment instrument for product: bank guarantee (bg) or stand by letter of credit (sblc) opened for 6 months. as guarantee seller's bank will issue a performance bond of five percent (2 %) for a total shipment value of this contract within three (3) international banking days after receipt and acceptation by seller bank of the bank guarantee or the standby letter of credit issued from the buyer's bank. guarantees shall be renewable each year according to the annual price adjustement. article 3 terms of payment payment of each shipment by mt 103 payable within two (2) international banking days of the delivery date in loading port as per contract. article 4 banking informations seller name proexportinter bank name adress account iban account manager swift code bank phone e mail
article 5 contract procedure 1) the seller prepares the fco for acceptance of the buyer, and after buyer comments and mutual agreement returns to the buyer final fco; 2) within five (5) international banking days from receipt of the final fco, buyer sign, seal and stamp fco to approve it, and returns it to seller; 3) seller sends sale & purchase draft contract to buyer via e mail, fax or courier. once agreed upon by buyer and seller, neither party will change the wording of the official & final contract including texts of bank guarantees (bg or sblc) (pb), 4) buyer and seller sign final contract; 5) within three (3) international banking days buyer and seller lodge final contract in their respective bank 6) within three (3) international banking days, seller shall render a pro forma invoice and send to buyer via e mail for the total amount of one (1) month value, amount bank guarantee (bg) or standby letter of credit ( sblc), needed in brasil to any contract of sugar export; 7) within three (3) international banking days, the buyer will order at his bank to issue the bg or sblc, valid for a period of 12 months and one month. the bg or sblc is provided to guarantee one month value and activated with the delivery of the proof of product (pop) by seller. the buyer`s bank must be a top 25 in north america or europe; 8) once the receipt of the active and operational bg/sblc is confirmed by seller, the period 25/30 days for delivery begins to run; 9) vendor shipments will be according to the official schedule of deliveries to the buyer (annex of the contract). the seller sends an invoice for each shipment to the buyer, via e mail, according with the delivery schedule and shipping availability; 10) payment of each shipment shall be by mt 103, no later than two (2) international banking days from receipt of the invoice of the shipment. the bg or the sblc is active for one year one month as guarantee. this guarantee is required in seller bank to validate contract registration and needed also by seller bank. in the event that the buyer will not perform the delivery charge, the seller can leave your shipping and freight for the next month or continue with it. in any case, the seller may act against the bg/sblc in the case of non payment and receive payment for all goods delivered, including goods delivery has commenced or committed in good faith. . seller and buyer agree not to do business together for 5 (five) years from this contract without paying buyer and seller’s representatives the agreed customary commissions. this clause is extensive to all subsidiaries and/or affiliate companies. if any provision of this contract is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity and/or enforceability of the remainder of this contract shall be in force, as if such provision was not part there of.
