procedure
1. buyer issues icpo + passport + copie of commercial registration number+ copy iban to seller.
2. seller issues spa in word format. buyer initials on every page, signs it and returns it to seller. seller signs and returns it with pdf to the buyer.
3. seller and buyer exchange signed contract hard copies by electronic transmissions in pdf as hard copies.
4. seller issues a pro forma invoice to the buyer.
5. seller would issue pop (imo, name of vessel, the captain, bl non negociable, sgs and other necessary documents copies) to buyer’s bank by email or electronic means.
6. upon receiving the copies of documents buyer’s bank within 7 banking days would issue non transferable mt 703 which would issue the non transferable operative bank instrument as proof of funds to sellers.
7. buyer’s bank send sblc in case of non payement of mt 103 to the seller’s bank.
8. seller send the original documents (imo, name of vessel, the captain, bl, sgs and other necessary documents) of vessel by dhl.
9. upon arrival of product, and after checking the quantity and quality, buyer’s bank would make full payment of good’s with mt 103.
10. after buyer makes full payment to seller, seller must issue certificate of renunciation to indicate that seller is no more the owner of goods.
