procedure:
a. the buyer sends irrevocable corporate purchase order (icpo) to the seller.
b. the seller sends full corporate offer (fco) to the buyer (
c. the seller sends the sales & purchase agreement (spa) & proforma invoice to the buyer, who prints, signs and returns them to the seller by email.
d . seller sends a copy of his current sblc to buyer
e. buyer’s bank confirms via swift message to the supplier’s bank to adhere the procedure of payment 100% (hundred percent) after reception of original shipping documents within maximum 48 (forty eight) hours.
e. once swift message is received at supplier’s bank, the supplier starts the process of procurement and packing of the goods.
f. seller loads sugar on the vessel(s) and sends the set of all scanned copies of shipping documents bl (bill of lading) , imo# $and sgs report to the buyer’s bank.
g . buyer's bank verifies them and issues mt103/72 after verification of copies of documents
g. seller’s bank sends original bill of lading , imo# and sgs report to the buyer’s bank.
h. buyer’s bank release 100% (hundred percent) payment to seller’s bank against original documents
