i am looking for 19000 litres aop crémant de loire nv /min. 70% cabernet franc. on bottles 750 ml.
100% of the wine must have been aged on its lees for minimum 12 months.
i am looking for a dry rosé sparkling wine with high acidity yet balanced. the wine must be modern with notes of wild strawberries, cream and raspberries. the wine must have a pale salmon pink color.
the producer stated on the label and in the tender must be an estate located in the requested origin (aop crémant de loire).
