i work as an export agent for a romanian agricultural cooperative that brings together several farms.
among the partners are several truffle collectors who traditionally export to italy and now are interested in the european market.
we can offer wild truffles collected on request, in the abundant forests of romania.
origin: subcarpathian forests, romania.
varieties (depending on season):
black winter truffle (tuber melanosporum / brumale). season november april
summer truffle (tuber aestivum). season may september
autumn truffle (tuber uncinatum). season september january
white truffle (tuber magnatum). season september november
in these days the collection (on request) of summer truffles (tuber aestivum) has begun.
