We are looking for Crude degommed rapessed oil in quantity
COMMODITY: CRUDE DEGUMMED RAPESEED OIL (CDRO) as per DIN 51605 standard
ORIGIN: Malaysia
DELIVERY TERMS: CIF Port of Hamburg, Germany
QUANTITY: 300,000 MT TOTAL (+ 5%), on 12 shipments of 25,000 MT (+ 5%), on monthly
basis
with possible Rolls & Extension
PACKING: In Bulk/ship tankers, suitable for transportation of RAPESEED OIL
INSPECTION: By SGS at loading and unloading port. THE INSPECTION AT UNLOADING PORT
SHALL
BE AT BUYER’S COST, FINAL AND BINDING TO THE PARTIES
PAYMENT GUARANTEE: 100% Irrevocable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC),
covering
one month’ quantity and operational for the contract term, issued or confirmed by a prime bank,
negotiable and payable at Seller’s bank 100% at Sight upon delivery at Port of Destination,
against
presentation SGS report and shipping documents stated in the contract at the Buyer’s bank
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments will be made on a shipment basis, via SWIFT (MT 760/ MT103/23
T/T),
by Buyer’s bank to Seller’s bank, within 48 hours after SGS testing at discharge port
DELIVERY PERIOD: First delivery within 30 days after verification and acceptance of the RDLC,
and
thereafter every 30 days until the total quantity has been delivered
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: to be agreed in the contract
CONTRACT REGISTRATION AND EXPORT PERMIT: At Seller’s responsibility and expenses
PERFORMANCE BOND: The Seller shall post 2% PB of the LC amount
