i am looking for a modern, fully flavored wine with high acidity and notes of
black berries, dark plums, black currants, herbs and violet. the wine must have a well defined yet balanced tannin structure.
blend of minimum 3 grape varieties where of negrette must be minimum 50% of the total blend. cabernet franc is mandatory in the blend. other permitted grape varieties are cabernet sauvignon and syrah.
aop fronton on bottles 750 ml.
the wine cannot be aged on oak.
the producer stated on the label and in the tender must be an estate located in the requested origin (aop fronton).
